It is our business philosophy that we will provide each of our accounts not
only superior customer service, but personal and sincere commitment and attention. This is what puts
us a step above our competitors and reflects in our 300% growth in business over the past six years.
As our business has significantly grown we have increased
our staff to support our clients and maintain a strong infrastructure to successfully continue providing
each account with all the support they need and deserve.
- Each account is appointed a primary W.R. Controls contact point. Their responsibility:
- Maintain and manage your account
- Interface on specific orders and locations
- All activities follow proscribed total quality procedures designed to virtually eliminate error
in the customer design, delivery, and support process.
- An 800 number is provided to make us available to you day and night. Responses to calls will be timely
and suitable to the need, whether it is for a normal operating or emergency situation
- We consistently monitor the progress of our orders and projects, including on-time shipment and quality
of product once received.
- W.R. Controls performs a complete, free of cost, evaluation and analysis of your electrical distribution system to determine an IFS solution that will fit your needs.
- The products provided to our customers are reviewed continually for proper application and suitability. Annual design reviews are held with our clients to cover installation techniques, changing methods, and new technology that could improve our services.
- Training sessions tailored to your need can be provided.
